Parserio is designed as a local-first Chrome extension. In local-first mode, CVs are processed in your browser and sent only to the ATS you choose after your confirmation.
We use Supabase for login, sessions, account management, and subscription access checks. We use Stripe for payments and billing.

When you use Parserio, we may collect:
• Your name and email address when you log in to the extension
• Responses you voluntarily submit through Tally forms (such as feedback or feature requests)
We do not store candidate data or CVs on Parserio servers. In local-first mode, CVs and candidate-related information are processed locally in your browser extension and sent only to the ATS you choose after your confirmation.

We do not store candidate data or CVs on Parserio servers in local-first mode. Your ATS API keys or tokens are stored locally in your browser extension or used only for the current session. They are not stored on Parserio servers or in Supabase.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, provided that they agree to keep your information confidential.
We use the following third-party services that may handle limited personal information:
• Supabase – to manage login, sessions, account management, and subscription access checks. Supabase does not receive or store ATS API keys, CVs, PDF resumes, resume text, or candidate upload data in local-first mode.
• Stripe – to process payments, subscription billing, invoices, taxes, and payment-related records.
• Tally – to collect form responses such as feedback, bug reports, and feature requests, if used.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience and collect information about how you interact with our site. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent, but some features of the site may not function properly without cookies. We do not use CVs, candidate data, ATS data, or ATS credentials for advertising, retargeting, or interest-based advertising.
