Account & Access
To use Parserio with your ATS, you’ll need to connect an ATS account using credentials you’re allowed to use, such as an API key or token.
To use Parserio, you must install the Chrome extension and create an account using your name and email address.
ФParserio uses Supabase for login, sessions, account management, and subscription access checks.
Parserio is designed for recruiters and hiring teams, but it is available to anyone who finds it useful.
When connecting an ATS, please use only API keys, tokens, or other credentials you’re allowed to use.
You should also make sure your use of Parserio follows your organization’s policies and the ATS provider’s terms.
Subscription & Billing
Parserio offers a free 7-day trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are available on both monthly and annual plans
Stripe handles payments and billing. Parserio uses your subscription status to provide access to paid features.
You can cancel anytime, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period
Refunds may be issued at our discretion, based on the reason and usage context
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the extension or website
Use the extension for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Misuse the tool in a way that disrupts its normal functionality or service for others
Use ATS API keys or tokens that you are not authorized to use.
Upload, process, or transfer candidate data unless you have the right to do so.
Violation of these rules may result in termination of your access.
Limitations of Liability
While Parserio is built to save time and streamline candidate uploads, we cannot guarantee perfect parsing results for all CVs and formats. You may occasionally need to manually adjust parsed information.
Parserio is not responsible for:
• Incorrectly parsed data
• Downtime, API changes, permission issues, rate limits, or temporary issues with your selected ATS or its API
• Any data loss due to user error or technical issues
• Parserio saves time, but it’s still worth a quick check — CVs come in many formats, and some details may need your review before upload.
Parserio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BambooHR or any other ATS provider unless explicitly stated in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of the Parserio extension and website are the property of the creators of Parserio. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or repackage any part of the tool without prior written consent.
Use of Company Name
By using Parserio, you grant us permission to display your company name and logo on our website or marketing materials as a part of our “Companies that use Parserio” list.
If you prefer to opt out, please email us at sourcery.team@gmail.com and we’ll remove it promptly.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for any updates.
