Hi! These are the rules for using Parserio — a Chrome extension that helps recruiters find candidates on web pages, read CVs and add candidates to BambooHR, Workable or Google Sheets. Parserio is made by the Parserio team (also known as Sourcery), based in Poland (“we”). By using Parserio, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for your company, you’re agreeing on its behalf.
TL;DR
• There’s a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime.
• Candidate data is yours — and so is the responsibility for it.
• Double-check parsed details before adding a candidate. Parsing is automatic and can miss things.
• Play fair: no misuse, no bulk scraping, no keys that aren’t yours.
1. Your account
• Sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email.
• Connect a destination — BambooHR, Workable or Google Sheets — using keys or accounts you’re allowed to use.
• Keep your computer and keys safe. What happens in your account is your responsibility, so tell us quickly if something looks wrong.
2. Plans and payments
• Free plan — free, with the limits shown in the extension.
• Paid plans — more features and higher limits. Prices are always shown before you pay.
• 7-day free trial — paid plans start with a free trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
• Billing — monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
• Cancelling — anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds — payments aren’t refundable, unless the law gives you a right to one (see below) or we decide to help.
• Price changes — we’ll tell you in advance, so you can cancel if you don’t agree.
14 days to change your mind (EU consumers). If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, no reason needed — just email us. Parserio starts working right away, so you’ll pay only for the days you used.
3. Candidate data
Parserio reads CVs in your browser and sends candidates only where you tell it to. You (or your company) are responsible for that data: add only candidates you have the right to process, and follow the privacy laws that apply to you, like GDPR. How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.
4. Play fair
Please don’t:
• use Parserio for anything illegal, or for data you have no right to process;
• use keys or accounts that aren’t yours;
• use Sourcing to scrape websites in bulk or against their rules;
• hack, copy or resell Parserio, or try to get around plan limits.
If someone seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules, we may suspend or close their account.
5. Other services
BambooHR, Workable, Google and the websites you visit have their own rules. If they change their API or go down, some Parserio features may stop working — we’ll do our best, but we can’t control them. Parserio is not affiliated with or endorsed by BambooHR, Workable or Google.
6. Parserio keeps changing
We regularly add, improve and sometimes remove features. If we remove a major paid feature, we’ll tell you in advance. Parserio doesn’t evaluate candidates — hiring decisions are always yours.
7. The honest part about liability
We work hard to make Parserio reliable, but it’s provided “as is”: we can’t promise it will always work perfectly or suit every need.
As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses — like lost profits, lost data or problems caused by other services — and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (or €100 if you’re on the free plan).
This doesn’t limit anything the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.
If you use Parserio for business and someone makes a claim against us because you processed data you weren’t allowed to, or broke these Terms, you’ll cover the costs of that claim.
8. What’s ours, what’s yours
Parserio — the extension, website and design — belongs to us. Your data belongs to you. If you send us ideas, we may use them to make Parserio better.
Your company logo: we may show your company’s name and logo in our “Companies that use Parserio” list. Don’t want that? Email us and we’ll remove it.
9. Leaving
You can stop anytime — just remove the extension. Want your account deleted? Email us. If we ever close a paid account without a reason on your side, or shut Parserio down, we’ll refund the unused time.
10. Problems and complaints
Something’s not working? Email sourcery.team@gmail.com with a short description and your account email — we reply within 14 days. Parserio works in an up-to-date desktop Chrome (or another browser that supports Chrome extensions) with an internet connection.
11. The legal bits
• These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the laws of your own country.
• If we change these Terms, we’ll update the date and tell you about important changes in advance. If you don’t agree, you can stop using Parserio.
• If one part of these Terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.
